Nelligan O'Brien Payne has been representing public and private sector unions across Canada and internationally for more than four decades. During this period Nelligan's lawyers and consultants have played key roles in collective bargaining ranging from spokesperson to strategist, researcher and coach. Using custom technology our negotiators regularly assist clients with developing bargaining strategies and priorities that best reflect the interests of their memberships. Our negotiators have also been union leaders and therefore bring to negotiations an understanding of the many unique leadership challenges that union negotiators face when at the bargaining table.
