Nelligan O’Brien Payne is representing two families in claims against Dr. Bernard Norman Barwin. Among other issues of liability, these claims specifically deal with “errors” with the insemination process and procedures. Recently the CBC, the Globe and Mail, the Ottawa Sun and the Ottawa Citizen reported on these matters.
