Navigating the upcoming changes to the SABS
On January 1, 2010, recommendations set out in a report by Justice Osborne entitled Civil Justice Reform Project, delivered in November 2007, are set to come to practice. Once implemented, these changes will represent the most sweeping reform of the Rules of Civil Procedure in a quarter century.
