The following are a few examples of advocacy services that we provide to clients:

• Represent clients in proceedings before various regulatory boards, tribunals and commissions across Canada
• Represent clients in judicial review applications and appeals from decisions of government bodies
• Make presentations to government departments and agencies on behalf of clients
• Make presentations to legislative committees on behalf of clients
• Research and provide opinions on the constitutionality and legal validity of laws and government actions and challenge such laws and actions where appropriate
• Help clients understand the regulatory environment applicable to their activities 
• Assist clients in government procurement matters and related judicial reviews and appeals
• Assist clients in addressing issues arising from government restructuring
• Provide alternate dispute resolution services in disputes between private entities and government organizations
