The following are a few examples of advocacy services that we provide to clients:

  • Represent clients in proceedings before various regulatory boards, tribunals and commissions across Canada
  • Represent clients in judicial review applications and appeals from decisions of government bodies
  • Make presentations to government departments and agencies on behalf of clients
  • Make presentations to legislative committees on behalf of clients
  • Research and provide opinions on the constitutionality and legal validity of laws and government actions and challenge such laws and actions where appropriate
