Patricia den Boer - Leadership Communications

• Nineteen years' experience as a journalist and communications manager in the public sector, including the RCMP and CSIS.
• Ten years working with public and private sector groups on how to effectively communicate during a crisis, including how to deal with the media, transmitting vital messages to membership before the media, and managing executive-level information.
• Experienced facilitator and focus group moderator who has designed and led more than 350 discussions on highly contentious topics such as community policing, contraband enforcement, organizational restructuring and budget cuts to essential services.
